A Viking kitty, perhaps?
Oh, that is so sweet. Something about a guy who loves kitties. Just makes you want to kiss 'em.
What a lucky little kitty. I've seen quite a few of these stories about service members finding animals, keeping them while they are in Iraq and then finding a way to get them home. Usually dogs, though. Glad to see a kitty story.
Feed him a diet rich in trolls to fatten him up.

I have to warn everyone who loves animals -- traveling most places overseas, you'll see animal abandonment, starvation, multilation, and death that will make you cry. Not for the faint-hearted.
I was going to lie to you about how I really really love kitties,
but I see you're married so never mind.
I got a visit 2 weeks ago from an Afghan Afghanhound that was brought back in January by a Marine. Same kind of story, this hound was really good at hearing the incoming mortar so this Marine paid attention and stayed safe. The hound now has a home in Texas with the Marine's family. :-)
Anyone want to guess what H.P. really stands for?
I was going to make a suggestion when I posted this but I figured I would upset someone.
Higher Power!
Kitty ping
I like that one! I figured most suggestions would be along the lines of what ShadowDancer hinted at!
Hairy Packard?
I hate it when that happens. The most intriguing question remains unanswered.
How does a toothless cat get a new set of choppers?

In the tradition of Harold Bluetooth, it seems.
sick and twisted. :-P

Well, since the cat has tentacles, and those who annoy it are found with a look of stark madness forever graven into their dead faces....
Ia! Ia! Cthulhu ftagn!
