Two of the "children" released from death row by this ruling are the murderers and rapists Perez and Villareal who raped and murdered 15 year old Elizabeth Pena and 14 year old Jennifer Ertman in Texas about 12 years ago. They not only raped them but violated them in every orifice before beating them to death. Then they called the girls' parents and asked if they knew where their daughters were. Nice kids that SCOTUS has let off the hook.

I googled the victims' names, and the accounts of the case turned my stomach. And I see Yexas Youth Services is already pushing to release one of the perps. Evidently he's sorry and promises not to do it again. Fortunately, the judge in the case appears to be one of the few sane ones and dismissed the recommendation as 'psychobabble'. Meanwhile, various other liberal law groups are trying to get that same perp released because his rights as a foreigner were violated.

Just watch; sooner or later, these scum from hell - er, I mean, unfortunate victims of poverty and oppression - will be released.

Oh, no doubt about it. Texas was about to release Coral Watts. Convicted, confessed serial killer Coral Watts who promised to resume killing. Prosecutors in Michigan managed to convict him for a decades old murder though, so he will be locked up there when Texas cuts him loose. If Watts can be almost released, anyone can.
