Or did they base on the laws of other nations?

The opinion authored by the majority basically supports the idea that the constitution is a "living document" where your rights, and rights granted to the states, can be arbitrarily changed depending on the social politics of the day. Furthermore, references to basing decisions upon world body opinion is at odds with what our founding fathers intended.

The decision in itself is questionable, the precedence it sets in its opinion is absolutely friegtening....IMHO
