Actually, I don't think any state kills anybody who killed when they were 15. I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) that under a previous Supreme Court decision, it was already unconstitutional to kill anyone who committed their crime while under the age of 16.
see thats my point.. what makes a 14 year old any different then a 16 year old? nothing.. zip.. nodda.. I think when one is legaly an adult they have the legal right to die.

You can say, "what makes a 16 year old from an 18 year old" and it is equally true. We have to draw a line somewhere. The question is should that line be drawn by the People, or by 9 robed autocrats dictating morality to a society.
