"The Judiciary, are seizing more and more power, giving the fringe elements more and more to gripe about." Agree wholeheartedly. The irrational rulings of some Courts, often contradictory between Districts or at different levels, is only going to stoke these nutcases. The fact of obvious inadequacies of this system adds more fuel to the fire of taking the law into their own hands(Enron - Skilling/Lay go to trial in 2006?!?)
