FReeper Canteen: What's Your Board/Computer/Video/Card game? |
Here's the topic for today:
What is your favorite Board, Computer, Video, or Card game?Board Game --> Monopoly, Sorry, Candy Land, Checkers, Chess..etc Computer --> Monopoly, Diablo, Sims..etc Video --> Any game for a game console. (Game consoles would be something like Playstation 2, Nintendo 64, Sega, Xbox, Gameboy, Gameboy Advance and so on.) Card Game --> Poker, Rummy, Go Fish, 52 Card Pick Up (Hehe!), and so on... We had to explain this for Ma. If you knew what we were talking about, just skip this part. Thank you!
Have at it folks!
Help bring some holiday cheer to our Troops!!
Diva Betsy Ross will return next week all by herself. Due to something tomkow probably did, DBR is taking a break. A special investigation has been opened. We'll let you know what our finding turns up. (It better not be a smelly Burka!)
Here's a heads up!!
WRITER33 has a new book coming out tomorrow: "In Defense Of Liberty". Check it out!! Help support our Veterans and FReepers!! |

Hello honey, so glad you are back home!!

Day of Defeat is far from realistic, the few people left who play it are idiots, though not as big as the Counterstrike fools.
I was looking forward to DoD: Source up until they released some screenshots from it... it looks terrible. I can only hope they fixed the original's nagging bugs and lack of polish.
Check out Brothers in Arms when it comes out later this month. THAT is some realism.

When I was in college I loved to play Canasta. Before I discovered the computer I loved to play a 'GameBoy'!! Now I play on the computer.

Excellent!
The hubby and I just finished playing Champions Of Norrath: Return To Arms.
We need another game (PC or video) to play. So? I'll have to check those out as well.
Welcome to the Canteen!
Thanks for sharing your favorite games!!

Hello :)
I decided to get hired by a team instead of taking over a squad - a little less pressure on a beginning manager that way and you start at a much lower level. I am currently in charge of Exeter City in the Conference National and have started with six wins and two draws. Unfortunately, my players are tired and I have no money to buy more since the squad is in hock to its eyeballs. Quite a challenge. If I can keep this going it will be a wonderful surprise.
