While the pejorative use of the word 'retarded' is very ugly, I am certain that harrowup posted it without thinking first, perhaps as others had done. We all need reminding from time to time the inestimable value of all life.
There is NO other use BUT 'pejorative' for the term 'retarded'. I would never call someone with special needs retarded which is apparently your ugly choice. I used the term exactly in the direction intended: Red-necked knuckle draggers... and they can be left right and/or in between. It has nothing to do with PC or political affiliation.
