Hale's sentencing hearing for soliciting a federal judge's murder and obstruction of justice has been scheduled for April 6. It was delayed in November pending a U.S. Supreme Court decision on whether judges have to rigidly conform to federal sentencing guidelines (the court ruled that they don't). Whether this will affect Hale's sentence (he was expected to get up to 20 years for the soliciting charge and up to 10 for the obstruction) is unknown.

I think his sentence just went up a few years. This just sickens me, to kill a federal judge, it is sickening.
He has not been sentenced yet? OMG.
