Officer shot here in Mpls/St Paul last week by Hmong gangs. Shooter was said to be involved in the killing of 3 at a suburban pool hall about a month ago. Also allegedly shot a Wisconsin woman store clerk in her back three times.

In a separate incident a St. Paul Hmong officer under investigation for giving his gun to a cousin for drive by shootings. Asian gangs are very dangerous.
