This is his opening statement: Judge Greer is "legally blind". This doesn't mean that he can't see. He he can read with prescribed glasses but he cannot drive. Despite his visual handicap, he is a well respected and admired Judge of the Sixth Circuit Court.
He said: I have been in Judge Greer's Court on more than several occasions
I asked several times: "In what capacity?"
DLDS: I didn't answer you because frankly, my capacity when I have appeared in Judge Greer's court is none of your business.
I replied: " You volunteered the statement": "I have been in Judge Greer's Court on more than several occasions
"I told you 3 or 4 days ago that you have an agenda. On these threads you're posing as an average joe. It's now obvious that you are not".

This is obviously true, and that is a major part of the problem that poor Terri faces -- a corrupt but well respected and admired "judge."
