I heard one of the senators saying after they come back from recess, they need to look at putting together a bill for the disabled......is that why he was saying that, because they changed this bill to just be about Terri?

Thanks for your answers. One said yes, another said, yes and good they will come back later to make a better law for all disabled, and another said yes and they should have left it alone.

I understand the concern about leaving it alone, because there's always the fear they will do nothing at all for the disabled.
