Actually, the arrest warrant states the Florida Statutes in violation that become felonies.

For example: if I divorce my husband, that is a civil action, then he comes to my house and kills me and takes the kids, then it becomes a felony.

This is really no different. This is murder under color of law, the worst civil rights violation.

The line from civil to criminal has been crossed way before this point.

Actually I need to clarify one of my sentences.

I meant to say that the divorce would be a civil action, if he kills me afterward, it becomes a crime.

Scott Peterson was given the death sentence for killing his wife today. He didn't go about it the right way, did he? He should have taken a few pointers from Michael </sarcasm>
