I think Dr. Walker should have reported those findings in 1991 when he read the scan. Instead, when the parents finally find out the info and Dr. Walker in legally deposed in 2003, we finally get the information. I realize that Michael Schiavo sued two doctors for malpractice but I still think this doctor should have reported this to the police back in 91

It looks as though that wasn't done. They only scheduled the meeting and when Terri was moved, it was dropped.

So many have failed Terri in so many ways.
