Sen. Rick Santorum (R-Pa.) was more blunt. My feeling is we need to do something to stop what is an unconscionable act on the part of the Florida court, he said. Thats not going to happen on my watch.
Santorum said that if it was apparent by the end of the week that Florida courts wouldnt stop the removal of Schiavos feeding tube, Then Im going to do everything in my power to make sure that they do.
Referring to Schiavo, Frist said, She is clearly alive today. Looking at the facts, I would think that the Senate should speak if there is not some action at the state level.
Frist spoke in favor of action to save Terri, as well as did Santorum. Several on here have believed that Frist would not do anything, or maybe would oppose the bill, all because he took a couple of days to make sure what the bill said. I told everyone Frist would support it, and he is.
Well, get moving, Senator. It has been obvious for years that the whole FL judiciary is hopelessly corrupt. All these FL courts want Terri dead -- stop playing the role of "Nero."
I tried to call and thank Rick Santorum, and his line is busy busy. LETS all encourage those that are fighting for TERRI.......and hound those that are NOT!!!!!!!!!!
