COURT HEARING ON FRIDAY, MARCH 4TH
On Friday, March 4th, Judge Greer will hold a court hearing beginning at 1:30 pm regarding the motions recently filed by attorney David Gibbs. A half day has been reserved to hear the motions.

Among the motions that will be heard:
- Emergency Expedited Motion to Compel the Depositions of Michael Schiavo and Jodi Centonze.
- Emergency Expedited Motion to Permit Theresa Schiavo to Receive the Rite of Extreme Unction in Compliance with Her Religious Faith.
- Emergency Expedited Motion for Permission to Provide Theresa Schiavo with Food and Water by Natural Means.
After the conclusion of the hearing, Judge Greer will inquire into the status of the following matters:
- Petition for Terri to divorce Michael Schiavo
- Petition for medical/psychiatric/rehabilitative evalation of Terri
- Petition for Terri to undergo experimental treatment
- Schindler's objections to Michael's annual guardianship plan
- Petition to remove Michael Schiavo as guardian
Depending on Judge Greer's status inquiry into the five petitions, a hearing has been scheduled for March 10-11.
Nos the Greer who wasn't going to hear any motions is having a hearing on those motions! hmmmmm.... very interesting!
Gee...I wonder how he's going to rule on all of those. The suspense is killing me (heavy sarcasm).
We need to have a ongoing prayer chain for this hearing. I will take 3 hours. 9-10PST tonight,5-6amPST tomorrow, and 10:30-11:30am tomorrow. Anyone else want to join in interceding for Terri and this hearing??
