This person is trying to suck you in to believing what he says because of a claim of being there.
It is possible.
It is also a tactic of this type personality. When they run out of substance and documentation, they make extraordinary claims to keep people talking to them. They love to argue and will say just about anything to keep it going.

I've been aware of that for a good while. I just wanted to give him/her/it a chance to show it again - by once again failing to back up an outlandish claim by either evading or being silent. As usual, that's what happened.
And if he *could* back it up, that would mean something even worse. Either way, he loses.
