But when did food and water EVER become medical treatment? The USA is way ahead of us to my knowledge. There is a Saskatchewan man who Co2'd his severly disabled daughter to death and he is in prison. Oh yes, the Euthanasia crowd cried injustice, it was appealed but the appeal was refused.

The significance of this case is profound: The Court held that food and water is in the same category as artificial respirators and other medical treatment and may be withdrawn as "extraordinary measures."

About 1985 it looks like.

I know about Robert Latimer. Have you seen any of Disk Sobsey's studies?
