Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich. She's a mystic right? I read her book, The Dolorous Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ when I was 13 or 14. If I remember correctly (and that's a pretty big if this many years later), she enumerated many details about the Passion because she saw them in her visions. Yes, she could only take water in small amounts and the Eucharist. Apparently, she is one of a handful who have lived like this. I don't know how long the others lasted.
