What makes ya'all think it was a hoax...I hadn't heard that. It should already be obvious to anyone who's following the case well enough to be willing to spend $1M on it that Michael's interests extend far beyond money. The only things I can see that would turn him would be either an extradition-proof island or else a grant of immunity in exchange for turning state's-evidence against Felos and Greer.
