I believe he is the guy who backed up Michael's phony story about suddenly remembering that Terri once said she would want to die. Him and his girlfriend, I believe. He is in this to kill Terri every bit as much as Michael. They are like a crime family. See my previous post, though, his threat to sue Bobby is an empty one, because Michael, not Bobby, has all the skeletons that would be dragged into court.

I don't remember the name of the brother that gave testimony in favor of MS statements about Terri, you may be right on that one. I couldn't believe how he was speaking to Bobby. I don't think they'd ever win in a suit against the Schindlers! But the Schindlers on the other hand could probably take 'em for everything they own.
