It has always seemed to me there was something really fishy about the judicial rulings by Judge Greer in this case given the alleged campaign contributions to his reelection by the attorney(s) involved. At the minimum it seems to me his conduct of the case has cast the entire 6th Circuit into disrepute.

I have often wondered why the Chief Judge in that district has not taken an interest in a case in his circuit that has drawn so much international attention....I would think the entire 6th Circuit would want to err on the side of protecting human life and remove all uncertainty before pressing the course charted by Judge Greer.

I think the citizens of Pinellas County should petition for a recall election of Judge Greer, reelected in 2004.

Judge George W. Greer and Chief Judge David A. Demer's contact information is published on the 6th Circuit web sight www.jud6.org. As is the following information documenting the goals and objectives of the 6th Circuit Guardianship program....Heaven help you if you ever need their services given their record against their goals in Terry's case. This circuit is an embarrassment to the State of Florida and it's judicial system.

Apologies in advance for the long post.

Guardianship Review

Mission:

The purpose of guardianship monitoring is to collect, provide and evaluate information about the well-being and property of persons adjudicated of having a legal incapacity so that the court can fulfill its legal obligation to protect and preserve the interests of the ward, and thereby promote confidence in the judicial process.

The Sixth Judicial Circuit monitors between 3,500 and 4,500 active guardianships. While the majority of these cases involve elderly citizens, a number also involve the settlement approval and safeguarding of proceeds for minor children. Staff resources assigned to this function include two monitors and administrative support.

Guardianship monitors investigate allegations of abuse, neglect or exploitation of the elderly in guardianship cases. The monitors are also responsible for investigating the parents of minor children who have failed to report to the Court or have misappropriated the assets of the guardianship. Many investigations initiated by the court staff have resulted in criminal convictions. More importantly, many of these same investigations have avoided potentially dangerous and harmful situations for the elderly. Monitors have been responsible for identifying numerous cases of misappropriated funds and have been instrumental in retrieving some of those funds or assisting the court in bringing appropriate actions against these parties. The guardianship review office also conducts background investigations on all proposed guardians prior to appointment and monitors compliance with guardian education requirements. Staff in this office work closely with General Masters and their support staff assigned in the Guardianship, Probate and Mental Health area. A general master serves as administrator over the guardianship review function.

Goals, Objectives & Results

Goals:

+ To provide initial and on-going investigation and monitoring of guardians appointed by the Court.

+ To provide support to the Probate Judges to help ensure that the requirements of the court rules and statutes pertaining to the appointment and removal of guardians are followed.

+ To report on the well-being of the ward and the protection of the ward’s assets

+ To assist Probate Judges and General Masters by managing case flow and monitoring case reporting and recording requirements specified under Probate Rules of Court, part III and Chapter 744, Fla. Stats.

+ To provide safeguards to citizens, who through illness and incapacity are under the Court’s supervision

Objectives

(Measurement toward achievement of these objectives began in 2003.)

1. Conduct credit and criminal background investigations prior to the appointment of a guardian and annually thereafter, unless waived by the Court (also see report on General Masters).

2.Monitor, investigate and report to the Court regarding existing cases where concerns are raised as to the ward’s health, safety, well-being and financial situation.

3. Investigate concerns raised through the initial and annual reports conducted by the general master.

4. Investigate concerns raised through the initial and annual background investigations.

5. Work with the Pinellas internship program to assist with monitoring, review and case management of guardianships.

6. Investigate concerns raised about guardians through reports submitted by the Department of Children and Families.

WHY IS GEORGE GREER'S JUDGESHIP GIVEN SAFE HARBOR?

There are bureaucrats in place everywhere in state govt. and law enforcment, even volunteers who are on Disability Advocacy Panels in place to protect George Greer, instead of protecting the Wards of the State. They are fine minions and operatives. They are bottom dwellers who are beholding to Greer above all else, above moral principles, above the Governor, above the Pope, above all else, they practically worship Greer who imo, IS FLORIDA'S TILL OF THE HUN. Criminal Statute 825 FORBIDS WITHHOLDING NUTRITION AND HYDRATION FROM ANY DISABLED PERSON IN FLORIDA. Terri has no written directives that say she wants to be murdered by the state for her husband who is in a de facto remarriage and has two illegitimate children by that woman.

FLORIDA GOVERNMENT IS BROKEN UNTIL THEY DO THEIR JOBS AND GET TERRI OUT OF THE HOSPICE WOODSIDE. They are not giving FLORIDIANS REPRESENTIVE GOVERNMENT. They are giving us Judicial Tyranny unchecked by the Judicial Qualifications Commission. Where are they?

Thus, due to the inaction of the JQC, the Impeach Greer Petitions are absolutely necessary so that our leaders will HEAR THE PEOPLE. There are sufficient grounds on which to impeach George Greer and that duty falls to the Florida House of Representatives.
