I am actually kind of hoping he denies the DCF 60 days. All of the rulings of George W. Greer thus far indicated that he will throw the DCF out of his courtroom and no extension will be given on the grounds that it is "not needed." Greer's popularity in Pinellas and Pasco counties remains a mystery of the case.

I think so too. Oughta be interesting what happens after that. I sincerely hope DCF doesn't turn tail and run.

The good guys win if Greer either denies of grants the 60 days. If Greer grants the 60 days, that's great (obviously). But if he denies the 60 days, he sets the stage for the DCF to take Terri into protective custody. Of course, there's a danger that the DCF won't take Terri into p.c., but I am optimistic they will.

I'm just thinking now that maybe he will play a passive/aggressive game and deny the motion JUST to provoke DCF and Gov. Bush and force their hand .. thereby maintaining his status quo positions and demonstrated allegiance to Felos, but letting someone else take decisive action. He's just got to know the low regard in which more and more of the public hold him, and I can't help but believe he's got to be completely sick of this case.
