Of course they can overrule him; they have a legislative mandate to conduct an investigation and to take protective custody if warranted. They already told Greer that this is their mandate, period, regardless of what his findings and rulings have been to date. And they have refused to rule out protective custody. Felos has been hounding them to get them to say yes or no about protective custody, they refused to talk about it, and Felos is sweating bullets. It's in the Empire Journal and some Florida Media.
