DCF has the authority to place Terri in protective custody without Greer's approval. Let's hope they do this when Greer dismisses their motion for intervention.
I would think that Greer denying DCF 60 days would be the straw that broke the camel's back. It would truly show him for what he is, a renegade! I can't ever recall in any of Florida's high profile child abuse/neglect cases any judge bucking DCF. I don't think they will miss this opportunity to redeem themselves.
