He ruled/ordered that she NOT be fed by mouth.

He said "I don't want anyone trying to feed that girl. The rule of this court is that she is going to die".

I swear he really did say it.

I remembe that, really well.
However on Monday Gibbs had a Motion before Judge Greer to permit terri to be fed by mouth if her feeding tube were removed.

The Empire Journal has a disclaimer on their story, saying that Judge Greer has not ruled on this motion
