Yep, I think everyone is doing what they can. But I do agree someone needs to write a letter to Jeb Bush asking him to do a special invesitgation on the abuse charges of Terri Schiavo. The atricle says no one has done that which sounds crazy to me. You'd think at this point someone would ahve. So if not they better read that article and get on top of it. We need every t crossed and ever I dotted so at the end of this we know everyone gave it their best shot!
Just received this email from my friend, Chris, who is blind:
Saundra, thank you for this article on Terri! I can't help but wonder if one day the King of the universe will say unto the United States, "When I was hungry, you gave me nothing! When I was thirsty, you gave me nothing to drink!" The united States may well respond, "Lord, when did we ever see you hungry, or thirsty, and not provide for you?" Then, will he not rightly respond, "When you refused even the minimal kindness of a feeding tube for Terri Schiavo, you did this unto me!"? I wonder if we are actually the ones on trial. If Terri does die, then, even if we go on living, something inside the soul of America will already be dead! The fact that we even have to debate Terri's life at all means that America is already lying on her death bed. Michael Schiavo will not determine our fate. We have always had murderers like him. Even corrupt judges like Greer won't determine our fate. Corrupt judges have always been with us. This is what will determine our fate. If we can sit by and simply watch her die, and let it happen, this will determine our fate. Romans in the ancient arenas just watched as helpless Christians were malled and hacked to death. They either cared not at all, or they cheered with delight. Ancient Rome is gone! Jesus asked this very provocative question, "If men can do these things when the tree is green, what will happen when it is dry!" The tree is indeed very dry!
