Whyy is Bush so hesitant to use protective custody in this case? Why didn't he use it in October 2003 or sooner? Could he be fearful of tangling with the corrupt FL courts?

TR I'm not sure what he's fearful of. In any event, ANY Florida Court does NOT over rule the Governor. And it's time that they were made aware of that. This is BACKWARDS. Has the Judicial Tyranny been allowed to develop to the point that the Legislators are brainwashed? They need to study their OATH and their CONSTITUTION.
