Reading this preliminary police report I see alot of things on it that are wrong... MS lied to Cops , for example(just one).....
"There haven't BEEN ANY PROBLEM'S at home, which lead to her wanting to try suicide, and they have HAD NO MAJOR arguments lately..."
This is BULL!!!
Here's another key(pc) ...This was the Night shift(Satursday night til Sunday morning -2300hrs-0700 hrs-most cop shift time periods)...Dispatch got call from Fire EMTs needing assistance(something wrong with sitation)..EMT call for help was at 0540hrs..Unit dispatch at 0611hrs..Unit arrives at 0633 hrs...(almost 1 hour from call for back-up assistance)...It must of been a busy SATURSDAY NIGHT for PO's that night...for them to take that long to response for back-up...
What time did MS call Terri Father ?
What time did Bobby arrive to AO ?
What time did MS return from work ?
any cops, or retire law enforcements out-there ?This report is wrong ! Some Cops don't like working OT, and where is Bobby(witness at AO) statement on report ?
-----
"VARIOUS BOTTLES of Prescription Medication were PRESENT in the kitchen, ONLY 2 (TWO) were prescribed to Theresa..."
Q.- Were some of these drugs for depression for MS ?
Q.-What kind ?...recent medical studies revealed that some of these depression drugs can make a person(s) go nuts and become very violent,etc.....
Thanks. Did you download and look at how far I got on the timeline?
Please check it out.

In a deposition from November 1992, that Michael admitted Dr. Kaplan prescribed Welbutron, Paneior, Elavil and Prozac medication to treat his condition. Additionally, contrary to everything Michael admittedly learned in his CPR training, he did not turn Terri over and clear her airway the night that she collapsed. His CPR training could have re-started her heart.
