The Gov cannot appoint anyone...it has to be done by court. I don't think you realize what Jeb Bush can and cannot do. Jeb Bush doesn't have power over Judges...this is not how our government was set up
According to Alan Keyes he has PLENTY OF POWER OVER JUDGES. Just go back and read the posting from Alan Keyes on G. Gordon Liddy's show yesterday. He CONSTITUTIONALLY HAS SEVERAL WAYS OF TAKING CONTROL.
