I wrote the dehydration thing down to tell a friend what happens.
Intense thirst, seizures, urinary flow will stop and cause bacteria to grow in kidneys, intense nausea, dry heaves, eyes will be red, lips will crack, somtimes nose bleeds.
Doesnt sound painless to me. Unbelivable that anyone would purposely cause another person to die in this manner.
Talked to my friend, a nurse. She is horrified about the condition of Terri's arms and hands. I said that's because she hasn't had rehab or therapy. She said that keeping the arms and hands from curling up like that has nothing to do with rehab or therapy. IT'S A MATTER OF GENERAL MEDICAL CARE!!!!!!! She said that once the arms and hands have gotten like that, there's no going back, that Terri is now susceptible to getting sores that could become infected. Michael Schiavo allowed that to happen to Terri and that is medical neglect/abuse. Pure and simple. The hospice is responsible, too. Terri should never have been allowed to be admitted to hospice in the first place because she isn't terminally ill; in fact she isn't even sick. They broke the law. I can't wait for the investigation to delve into these wrongs. Can't wait!!!!
