President Bush talked about "down breeding?" I find that hard to believe. He confesses Jesus Christ as his Saviour. That is an oxymoron. The two cannot exist together.
I believe this person is talking about an ancestor of President Bush. I do not know the truth of his claim, but it is a claim you can find on the internet that is made against an earlier Bush, not George Herbert Walker Bush or George W Bush. If he claims that President Bush or his father talked about "downbreeding", he is either making it up or doesn't know any better. Either way, appalling.
