Do you know what happened at today's hearing? Judge Greer cannot refuse to let DCF do its investigation, right? Did he grant the 60 day stay? I don't see that he had any other choice.

I don't think today's hearing is in regards to the DCF. I believe that is Wed's hearing.
Today I think is as Greer says it "end of life appeals" liek Lat Rites, the Schindlers want to take photo's that they will own instead of Michael.
PLUS I think today was another thing important. I think the DCF thing is Wednesday. Time to go look for that schedule again taht was posted here earlier.
I believe Greer will rule on the 60 day stay on Wednesday. Greer would be crazy not to grant the stay, but Greer IS crazy, so who knows what will happen?
At the end of today's hearing, Judge Greer denied the motions to allow the media to visit Terri and to allow Terri to die at home. Greer insisted that Terri die at Woodside Hospice.
On Wednesday, Judge Greer will hear the arguments regarding the Florida Dept of Children & Families petition for a 60 day stay. More than likely, Greer will deny their motion. Greer seems determined to see Terri dead.
