Again, Merciful Father, Terri's family will be appearing before the Judge who has consistently denied them justice. May he become weary, as the Judge in the Gospel of Luke, who eventually granted the widow's petition because he determined the woman would not be denied. Open up this courtroom to the truth ... let the words of Terri's attorneys fall upon ears that will finally hear ... let the media become an advocate for the life of this mother's child, and may those who seek her life be afraid. You are God ... You are Sovereign ... in Your hand is the life of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind. With one word or with one rebuke or with one look, cause the Merchants of Death to flee from the presence of this innocent woman. Bring them to account, O God ... may they finally be brought to account. Yet in Your mercy, may their hearts be changed, for You are not willing that any should perish. Raise up multitudes who will now speak on behalf of this wounded woman ... may they realize that in speaking for her, they are now speaking for themselves. Help us to raise our voices, O God, that we might honor the least among us; that we might honor and glorify You. In the Name of Jesus, we pray, Amen ...
Pegita,
I was jsut about giving up on you. And I see that you out did yourself. I jsut finished the prayer and this one Pegiata, this one really gave me goosbumps all over my body as I prayed it.
You have a gift for creating prayers.
I know of no other person who creates such beautiful prayers.
It is a gift.
I think some day we will meet in heaven. (Not to soon though!)
Now I can go to sleep.
I know that others also offer some really outstanding prayers please continue to post them because I pray them as well.
