An attorney from northern Florida was reading Greer's order and found the discrepancy. Many attorneys in Florida despire Greer and what he's done as guardianship-probate judge. I wonder about the people we don't know about. How many have been early exited because of Greer?
Terri has had the deck stacked against her for a long time.Ms was neglecting care for her from the moment he got the money. Nurses affidavits attest to that. MS never reported the injuries that showed up on the bone scan. Some times we can't know why things happen the way they do. Maybe no one caught that error because they were so bogged down with other things in the case. FWIW Gibbs didn't catch the error, he said an attorney in NE FL caught it and called him.
