As far as I can tell, today's hearing was just a scheduling hearing only.

I must have misunderstood then. I thought that they were going to DECIDE whether or not to hear any of it.So if Greer REFUSED to hear DCF when sentencing Terri last week, he has then changed his mind?? to HEAR THEM?? Sorry, I am having trouble connecting the dots today.

I, too, am confused. I thought Greer was going to announce today at 3pm EST whether removing Terri's tubed would be delayed to give the DCF 60 days to investigate. Am I right that there will be no news of any kind for the rest of today (meaning, until Monday at the earliest, since the weekend is upon us)?
