This entire Terri's fight is stupendous because CHILDREN TESTIFY ALL THE TIME. Doesn't J. Greer know that??????

age when testifying. Although children can testify as to facts, what did you see, what did you hear, etc. But what Greer claimed is that an 11 or 12 year old Terri would not have mature enough judgement for her words to count in court when Diane recalled their conversation.
And the reason he concluded that she must have been only l1 or 12, and not the 18 or 19 that Diane said she was, is because Greer had a false date for the death of Karen Quinlan. At the time, nobody caught it. Now they have!
