For real! Heck, I have a metal plate in my ankle with screws because my old one got busted up pretty good. And my hubby has a plastic tube INSIDE of him instead of his original ureter! Thank the Lord that these aren't supplanting a spontaneous vital function. Well, hubby's does, not mine. I guess it's off with his head next!
