Senator James King voted against it. Senators Webster and Wise (sponsors) voted in favor of the amendment.

OK, they will call you back so tell them that you want to see US S 539 pass as it is close to your heart! Make sure they get your name and address again so your call will be counted. Some of them do this to make sure that they are only taking calls from contituents. (I have been doing this since 1991)
Unforuntately, I'm not a constituent!
