A unanswered question: Can the DCF overrule Greer and conduct its investigation, or does Greer still have the final word? I fear it is the latter.

Yeah, but there are weirdos who are saying we
don't care what Terri's wishes are, blah, blah, blah, all we want is to win.

Of course we do! But our outlook on winning is WAY different that Felos' outlook.

Q.- Were some of these drugs for depression for MS ? Q.-What kind ?...recent medical studies revealed that some of these depression drugs can make a person(s) go nuts and become very violent,etc.....

In a deposition from November 1992, that Michael admitted Dr. Kaplan prescribed Welbutron, Paneior, Elavil and Prozac medication to treat his condition. Additionally, contrary to everything Michael admittedly learned in his CPR training, he did not turn Terri over and clear her airway the night that she collapsed. His CPR training could have re-started her heart.

DCF can and should petition a higher court to take protective custody of Terri based on the incompetence of Greer.

This would mean that the might ask a higher court to consider Greer not following state law/statutes to allow
a social service agency to fulfull their UNIMPEDABLE duty
to investigate.

I know from some published info that DCF is already suspicious as Greer refused them the right to speak last time. If Greer rules against the 60-day stay request, they will probably get pissed and head immediately to the next step wondering the whole time WHY WHY WHY????

I know. The more info comes out, the
worse it smells.

This situation is so riddled with corruption, I
am sort of amazing and not surprised at the same
time to see it get this far!

Here's an excerpt from another source, as well:

At Tuesday's hearing, Greer announced he will not allow the Schindlers to attempt to feed their daughter orally once the tube is removed.

The judge said he will rule today on whether to hear testimony from doctors in support of the parents' request for more medical tests.

Also, Greer is considering the Schindlers' request for a new trial based on a mistake the judge made in his finding that testimony from Michael Schiavo and his relatives showed Terri Schiavo made statements prior to falling ill indicating she would not want to be kept alive by artificial means with no hope of recovery.

In his 2000 ruling, Greer discounted testimony from a key Schindler witness based on the mistaken assumption that Karen Ann Quinlan died in the mid-1970s after a high-profile New Jersey court ruling resulted in her removal from life support.

Quinlan went on to live for nine years without life support, a fact that went unmentioned when a former close friend of Terri Schiavo testified in 2000 that Schiavo expressed disapproval of the Quinlan family decision to remove the woman from life support, Schindler attorney David Gibbs argued Tuesday.

The witness, Diane Meyer, said the exchange took place in 1982 when Schiavo was 19. Greer concluded it took place when Schiavo was a child and not ``some six years after the death of Karen Ann Quinlan.''

``It would be a travesty to think that a person's life would be ended ... based on a mistake,'' Gibbs said.

Past quote of Judge Greer that most of us have seen:
"I don't want anyone trying to feed that girl.
The law of the case is that she is going to die."

"THAT case is not quite the same as Terri's. The man is hooked up to a ventilator, which is EXTRAORDINARY MEANS. That is not to say that I believe the ventilator should be removed. The story hasn't, at this point, given enough of the facts. But I don't want it confused with Terri's situation."

Yes, it's not quite the same. Which is why I called it -related,(ie: similar) and euthanasia-related. The similarity is that it's the relatives' wishes against the hospital (those pesky useless eaters cost too d*mn much) and the judge.

The euthanasia agenda ties it all together.

"He said "I don't want anyone trying to feed that girl. The rule of this court is that she is going to die".

I swear he really did say it.

You aren't dreaming!

"I don’t want anyone trying to feed that GIRL Greer thundered from the bench in 2001.
Greer’s statement, “the law of the case is that she is going to die”, is part of the court record.

Whyy is Bush so hesitant to use protective custody in this case?"""

How do you know he won't? According to Theempirejounral.com, Felos worried outloud yesterday that the DCF might be planning to take protective custody; he said they'd refused to answer when he asked whether that was their intent.
