I would agree with you on that statement, BUT I fear that we have a VERY difference in ideas why and how that has happened. I know that the "professional care-givers" milk a faulty system.

Thatt is a part of the problem, but so are Hospitals(HMO owned) who cancel staff to save money, refuse to use registry when warranted(again-money)and don't want to spend money on recruiting.
