Speaking of Neanderthals, did you see the little hissy fit that the Democratic congressman from Harlingen, Texas, threw about Dick Cheney coming in to hunt last weekend? It was completely disgusting. I'll send you the link to the article in McAllen, Texas newspaper about it. They (the editors of the newspaper) were throwing a fit because the government paid for the gas on Air Force Two for Dick Cheney to come down or go hunting.

Wolf, this morning on Fox & Friends, Molly Hennenberg reported that the President toasted the Governors with water since he does not drink alcohol. We 'talked' about this yesterday.......maybe Molly tunes in to the Dose! LOL !

I saw something on Yahoo about it but that did not mention gas on AF2 issue it seemed to be complaining that the only time that someone from the Administration comes and cares about that area he did not know about it until he was there and then all he was doing was hunting not a publicity promoting trip. That was my interpretation anyway. Which struck me as funny he went to hunt, he hunted it was not a political visit, yes please send me the other link.

Bottom line IMHO is as we all know the VP is not a photo op man if he is hunting he is hunting if he is on a political visit it is a working visit he does not and has no wish to mix the 2.

Cool. Molly is one of my favorites on FOX. Perhaps she does tune into the Dose, perhaps not. But I'm glad she answered our questions.

I stayed up until 1:30 a.m., which is late for me, watching "Rain Man" which I hadn't seen in years and hadn't
remembered how good it was. "Finding Neverland", saw it twice, was great, also "Phantom". Nothing coming up sounds entertaining.

Curry, one of my favorites; bought a 7oz. jar in Super WalMart last month in Florida. Any good recipes?

I have to admit apart from very simple out of the jar sauce type curry I never make my own. We have so many Indian take-out or eat in restaurants in England that I tend to buy rather than make. My favourite is Lamb Pasanda which is a medium hot curry in a creamy sauce with almonds.

To make curry with pre bought sauce I would heat a little oil in frying pan chop 1 or 2 medium size onion fry until soft but not browned. If meat raw add and seal the meat, add sauce and simmer until meat is cooked. Meanwhile cook rice or warm chapatis/nan bread/onion bajis etc. Serve immediately with mango chutney or if you prefer a hot sauce lime pickle.

Pippin went home early yesterday and advised that she does not have Internet access at home at present before she left work so I assume that is why there was no dose.

Regarding the houses in our road you call them row houses we call them terrace it is interesting the different terms for the same things also the spellings.

Thank you, am always looking for new receipes, especially with curry.
Love your pictures with the snow. We, in Maryland, had snow that is melting today, four or five inches. Spring is slowly on its' way.

They didn't seem to care that Clinton spent the whole last year of his presidency out of D.C. soliciting money for his library. All at the taxpayers' expense.
