No unfortunately I didn't see the post you mentioned.
But I think that there is a vast gulf between, let's say, having a regulation in place, and being able to monitor each and every person given the authority to implement that regulation.
I think sometimes we forget that we live an imperfect existence, in an imperfect world, ruled by flawed laws...
We're never going to be able to address every perceived wrong...we don't have the time or inclination.
We can only do our best. That's what people like this man who the article is about don't seem to grasp. As I've said before...It's all about him...

I never threatened to take the bat and ball and go home. I merely pointed out that you are so new that you haven't taken the time or have the ability to figure out how FR works. Stay or go. It makes no difference to me.
