If you read the interview...he was not really critical of anything but bad intelligence(he was the one making the case with it before the UN) and not enough troops after the war..The rest was fine...That's no fun...

He did not blast the President or Rumsfeld enough for a juicy interview.

I just read the Telegraph interview and he didn't say anything like that so the reporter inserted what he called "rumor" to egg on dissent.
