Somehow I am unconvinced by all the strained rationalizations, tortured justifications, and complex toe dancing needed to explain Keyes behavior.

For the last six years, all we've been told is that WE don't understand a word Keyes says. He's obviously so intellectually superior to the rest of us, he needs an entire FLOCK of people sweeping in behind him to explain to us, the great unwashed and ignorant masses, just what it was Doctor Keyes REALLY was saying.
