Just what is the Earth Policy Institute's agenda, and what's the 14th Dalai Lama got to do with the global warming crowd?
If there's really global warming, there is a simple solution, proposed by Dr. Edward Teller.
All that is necessary is to reduce the amount of sunlight reaching the earth by about 1% or 2%. This can be done easily with artificial clouds.
These 'clouds' can be placed in orbit between the sun and the earth, will be invisible, and will block enough sunlight to
end the 'global warming'.
