DELRAN -- Angela M. Stellwag, 24, the Delran woman charged with a sexual attack of a lovestruck 14-year-old boy, has been dismissed pending an investigation by the Riverside School District, where she had been employed as a substitute teacher, according to broadcastreports.
Stellwag, of the 500 block of Main Street, is the daughter of Delran Mayor Joseph Stellwag, according to Jack Smith, a spokesman for the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office.

The mayor did not return phone calls to his home for comment on the situation with his daughter. Calls to Angela Stellwag’s home phone were notanswered.
Angela Stellwag has been charged with second-degree sexual assault for allegedly having an inappropriate sexual relationship with the youth. She is free on $20,000 bail.
Fellow Riverside High School students said on WPVI, Channel 6 Action News that the boy would stay after school with the teacher, sparking suspicions among other students. They also said on the broadcast the two were seen "making out" in her car.
The 14-year-old Riverside High School student had said he was in love with Stellwag, according to WPVI.
Smith didn’t release any information on the youth.
Michael Riley, the lawyer hired to represent the boy, said the family is very upset over thesituation and is cooperating with investigators.
"The young man is not in the position where he has the legal capacity to give legal consent. ... The shock of this relationship being exposed, the intense news interest in the relationship, and the fact that he obviously has feeling for this young lady -- it’s a very distressing and disturbing situation he finds himself in," Riley said on the broadcast.
Stellwag met the boy while she was working as a substitute teacher at the Beverly Elementary and Middle School on Bentley Avenue in Beverly City, Smith said.
The defendant allegedly maintained a social relationship with the boy, 10 years her junior, that continued through the summer of 2004. Investigators determined that the relationship became sexual last August at the defendant’s apartment in Delran, Smith said.
In October 2004, Stellwag was hired by the Riverside High School on East Washington Street as a substitute teacher.
Smith said the investigation into the allegations is ongoing and no court dates have been set.
If convicted, Stellwag faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in state prison, Smith said.
