She did exactly what Cohen told ehr to do, unfortunatly, while acting like a staffer, from 97 on she was a full voting memeber of the US Senate.

You win the prize! She was a leading staffer for Billy Cohen, the RINO that Billy Clintoooooooon made Secretary of Defense.
Congressional Quarterly publishes a number (for every member of Congress at the end of each session of the Congress)they call the "PRESIDENTIAL SUCCESS RATE" This is a measure of how successful the President was in getting his publically stated policies enacted into law through the Congress.
The year prior to Clintooooooooon nominating Cohen, CQ scored Cohen as the #1 Republican in supporting Clintooooooon's positions! No doubt Collins, the New England Socialist, had her grubby mitts all over these efforts.
