I like Momentum Conservatives. It has a zing and conveys the contemporary image that neo cons enjoy. Then our nom de guerre should be, "Mo Conservatives."
From zing to Ebonics in one swell foop. :-)

You're pretty cool yourself, SW. ;-)

it is a fun way to tell a local, if someone can pronounce "Chula Vista" or "La Jolla" or "El Cajon".

I did too, back in Lincoln, NE. Then when I moved CA, I was bewitched by some sweet young thang into registerin DEMOCRAT at some ridiculous fair in Vallejo. Very soon after I re-registered "Decline to State" until 1993 I went Repub.
Then, as you know, when the CA repubs wouldn't support Simon against Davis, the local central committee and candidates for "non-partisan" office went nuts and the White House kept shovin Parsky down the throats of the CA GOP... I voted for Simon, then went to the Post Office and re-registered "Decline to State" in total, abject disgust!!!
I tried to help in everyway I could think of, but the Party just got more and more messy and I just couldn't identify with the circular firing squad anymore! I'll rejoin someday, because I can't even remember ever voting for anything or anyone even slightly liberal or Democrat, and certainly NEVER anyone "moderate!"

You can say that you are much more long-suffering, patient and consistent than the Waspman! But sometimes one just has to know when you're not appreciated anymore and be ready to pee on the fire and leave... I guess, but that's really hard! Burning bridges can be even worse, but thank God for "short-term-memory-loss" syndrome, sometimes. (specially when ya hafta come slinkin back with yer tail between yer legs)
