I can't imagine the University will be able to retain this disgusting piece of excrement. He lied about his heritage and now has stolen copywrited artwork. And no other place of business will have him except perhaps an extreme leftist internet publication.

Can you imagine what a University would do if a Student copyrighted information or art and tried to pass it off as their own work? What does this tell the students of the University of Colorado? If it is alright for the Professor Pycho Ward to lie or mislead about the authenticity of his own work , then surely Students at the Unversity of Colorado should lower their own bar and copy, copy, copy others works, and pass it as their own.

We'll see. As of now, almost 24 hours after the story broke on news4, FReepers found two more examples. Yet a google news search shows not one MSM source has reported the issue. Not one. As of now the story has no legs...but perhaps the evening TV news in Colorado will highlight the fraud.

If he had stuck to using images from old photos, I bet the liberals and no-talent art professors would be defending it as a legitimate art form. But he has cooked his goose by copying another artist's work.

This is a *great* antiAmerican anarchist propaganda site -
Excerpt from http:www.akpress.org/2005:

Confronting The Crime Of Silence: Evidence Of US War Crimes In Indochina - Jean-Paul Sartre (Contributor), Gabriel Kolko (Contributor), Noam Chomsky (Contributor), Natsu Taylor Saito (Editor), and Ward Churchill (Editor)
[Natsu Taylor Saito is Churchill's current wife. She was formerly associated with Colorado University at Boulder.]
Churchill and Saito use source material from civilian,

Congressional and veterans organizations to examine America's systematic use of criminal behavior to acheive [sic]military victory. From Noam Chomsky to John Kerry, Jean-Paul Sartre to Gabriel Kolko, and from "free-fire zones" to Mai Lai, the "official" excuses are skewered.
Coming June 2005

[NOTE: "From Noam Chomsky to John Kerry..."]
