This is the standard big government advocate con job. "We'll save all this money and everyone will be covered!"
Some questions might be:
1. What about illegals?
2. What happens when these expected savings don't materialize? Who will pay for this?
3. How will costs be controlled when there is no longer competition?

And if Canada is the "gold standard" by which a single payer system is measured, there's those two dirty little words: "waiting lists" and "rationing." You'll never hear the proponents of CACare mention them. Let alone the level of taxes required to pay for all the free health care.

I have one more question to add to the list. Will this mean the un insurable will finally be able to get insurance coverage? This system may be as bad as predicted here. But for those without insurance and that can not get it due to preexisting condition, bad is better than nothing.

Funny how the same liberals who are always in favor free medical, voting rights, drivers licenses, welfare, food stamps, etc. for EVERYONE are also the ones in favor of millions of illegal poor, uneducated people coming to this country every year.
